- Bathroom gift box — $25. Soap, cotton pads, floss and a hand-written thank-you card, set on folded towels with fresh flowers when you want them.
- Kitchen welcome board — $45. Cheese and fruit plated on a board for arrivals, shopped the same morning so nothing sits out waiting.
- Staged and photographed. Every gift goes in the turnover report with a timestamp, so you can see it was really there before the guest walked in.
- Your branding if you have it. Send us your stickers, cards or boxes and we place those instead — no markup on anything you supply.

- Out the evening before. Placed at the curb the way your city requires — lids closed, arrows to the street, three feet apart.
- Back in the same day. Returned to the side of the house after the truck passes, so nothing sits out overnight.
- Trash, recycling and yard waste. We follow the alternating recycling weeks so you don’t have to remember them.

Final price depends on square footage, condition and how often we come. First visits usually cost more than recurring ones because of build-up — after that the price settles and stays flat.

So there are no surprises, these are outside a normal visit and need a separate quote or a specialist:
- Mould remediation, hoarding cleanouts, biohazard or pest work
- Anything needing a ladder above 8 feet, or exterior roof and gutter work
- Litter boxes and animal waste (bin valet covers bagged waste only)
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances, or handling firearms and cash

FAQ
Questions we get before the first visit
No. Most clients give us a code, a lockbox or a garage remote. Access details are stored per address and only shared with the cleaner assigned to you. If you prefer to be there for the first visit, that is usually the easiest way to walk us through the house.
Yes — products, cloths, mop heads and a vacuum, all included in the price. Cloths are colour-coded by room and laundered between homes. If you would rather we use your products, or need fragrance-free or plant-based lines, just say so and we will.
Pets are welcome to stay home. Tell us their names and where they like to hide, and whether any door must stay shut. Pet-hair treatment is a $25 add-on for heavy shedders. We do not handle litter boxes or animal waste.
Whichever ones your address has. In most of Cape Coral that is household trash once a week, recycling every other week and yard waste on a separate day. You pick the days in the quote flow and we track the alternating recycling weeks for you. Bins go out the evening before and come back the same day the truck passes.
Yes, free, with 24 hours’ notice — text or email is fine. Inside 24 hours there is a $40 late-cancel fee, because the cleaner has already lost the slot. There is no contract and no cancellation penalty on the plan itself.
Card, Zelle or bank transfer, charged after the visit — never before. Recurring plans are billed the day of each clean. Trash valet is billed monthly in advance. You get an itemised receipt every time, including any supplies bought at cost.
Yes — general liability and a bond covering our staff, plus workers’ compensation. Every cleaner passes a background check before their first visit. Certificates are available on request and we can name your HOA or property manager as an interested party.
Send a photo within 24 hours and we come back and redo that area at no cost. If you still are not satisfied after the re-clean, that visit is not billed. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
